Gordon signs collective agreement with Transport
Gordon signs an agreement with the Swedish Transport Workers' Union (Transport) to be part of the Central Transport Agreement as of 1 June.
The new collective agreement will apply to terminal workers employed by Gordon, and will be complementary to the Tjänstemannaavtalet to which Gordon is already covered.
- We look forward to a good cooperation where we work together to create stability and predictability in matters of labour conditions and the relationship with all employees," says Ali Ghoce, CEO Gordon.
From 1 June, the agreement will apply to terminal workers in Malmö, and after a joint evaluation in the autumn, the plan is to extend the implementation gradually to other terminals.
- We and Gordon have had a constructive dialogue all the way. We now look forward to terminal workers in other cities working for Gordon also being covered by collective agreements," says Tommy Wreeth, Transport's union chairman.
