To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a Head of Quality and Sustainability to join us in Stockholm.

About the role

As Head of Quality and Sustainability, you will be a key player in driving Gordon’s commitment to exceptional customer value. With your experience and expertise, you will play a central role in ensuring that quality and sustainability are integral to our customer offering. Success in this position requires that you are proactive and results-oriented with a strong customer focus. 


  • Ensure that quality and sustainability are part of a strong customer offer
  • Develop Gordon’s quality management system and sustainability work
  • Ensure continuous best practice processes and routines for deviations in close collaboration with the Logistics team
  • Maintain a close dialogue with customers about Gordon’s quality processes
  • Be the point of contact with relevant public authorities
  • Design and deliver training programmes
  • Support the organisation with good working practices
  • Manage and act on sustainability reporting and environmental monitoring
  • Risk assessment
  • Lead and perform managment reviews


  • Relevant post-secondary education 
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of quality and sustainability
  • Experience in interpreting regulations and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in working with deviations, e g CAPA, RCA routines and processes
  • Preferably experience in Quality management in food or pharmaceuticals
  • Preferably experience from scale up and lean process development
