Gordon is a last mile company specialising in coordinated flows of chilled home deliveries of food, flowers and pharmaceuticals. We have two business areas: an end-to-end solution for chilled last mile deliveries and a SaaS platform. Gordon is growing rapidly and had net sales of SEK 568 million in 2022.
We work with several well-known brands in retail and grocery solutions where we digitise the last-mile flow and enhance the service experience for customers. We deliver in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland every day of the week from early morning to late evening.
About the role of Operations Agent
As a member of Gordon's "Success Tower team", you will be part of the heart of the company where you, together with about 20 colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that each delivery is transported efficiently to a satisfied end customer. Together, you manage support and support for the daily operations linked to the deliveries that are carried out and the drivers who are out on the roads. As an Operations Agent with us, you perform mixed tasks. In other organisations, the role may be referred to as customer service or traffic management.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a constantly changing environment where no two days are the same. As an Operations Agent, you are detail-orientated but can also see the big picture. You are a problem solver and together with a great team you work to constantly raise the bar!

The role is broad and includes:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, chat and via our proprietary IT system.
- Contact with Gordon's contract customers for delivery-related matters.
- Scheduling and traffic monitoring of ongoing deliveries.
- Proactively contacting drivers and individuals to notify and manage discrepancies in deliveries.
- Be involved in procedures and process improvements.
- Helping to structure the daily division of labour with the group.
- Work towards set key figures and KPIs in areas such as efficiency and quality.
What we look for in an applicant:
- You have previously worked for at least one year in a service profession or logistics.
- You like to take responsibility.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
- As a person, you are positive and outgoing.
- For you, it comes naturally to multi-task and have several balls in the air at once.
- You have good computer skills.
- You are used to working at a fast pace.
Meritorious but not required:
- Experience in management with or without staff responsibility.
- Experience in coaching and training.
- Knowledge of other languages.
We are looking for both permanent (full-time with initial probationary period) and temporary positions.
Start: According to agreement.
Title: Operations Agent.
Times: Varying schedule from 07:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday.
Location: Hammarby Sjöstad, not teleworking.
Salary: Fixed salary, as agreed.
