Gordon Delivery is a fast-growing scaleup that in five years has established itself as a leading player in the Swedish market in the digitalisation of the last-mile flow, which is largely driven by e-commerce. Customers include most of the players in the grocery trade and companies offering grocery bags.
The model is based on Gordon's digital platform and professional and service-oriented people, known as Gordoneers, delivering goods to consumers while Gordon supports merchants throughout the entire delivery process - from order receipt to customer satisfaction.
Gordon Delivery is growing rapidly, with turnover more than doubling every year since its launch in 2015. This rapid growth is expected to continue in Sweden, as well as through the international launch of the offering.
About the roles
In the role of backend developer, you will be involved in developing future solutions in Last-Mile-Delivery, you will work with further development of Gordon's tracking page, Last-Mile Platform, order API and our driver app.
You will be part of Gordon Tech together with a number of developers, who also work closely with the Operations Team.

About you
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in backend development. You are comfortable working with Node.js, MongoDb and Git, it is a plus if you have worked with or have an interest in DevOps. You may have worked with Continuous integration (CI), Continuous delivery (CD) and want to learn more in that area.
You put a lot of emphasis on well-written code with a focus on quality. You are unpretentious, easy to work with, value your colleagues in the team and want to develop together with them.
We would like you to have:
- At least 3 years of work experience in systems development
- Good experience in backend development in Node.js
- Experience with Redis, Bitbucket and microservice architecture
- Cloud development, either in AWS or similar systems (Azure, OpenStack, Google Cloud)
- NoSQL / MongoDb
- Git
