In early April, 100,000 people in Sundsvall and Timrå were given better opportunities to buy ready-made dinner solutions and grocery bags online from different companies. This is because the last mile company Gordon has come to the Sundsvall area with its coordinated refrigerated deliveries. One of the companies that has its food in Gordon's refrigerated lorries is the Sundsvall company Macro Meals.
Today, around 100 companies selling food and medicines online are Gordon customers in Sweden. Thanks to Gordon's coordinated home deliveries, these companies can reach almost nine out of ten Swedes, among them now also residents of Sundsvall and Timrå.
- "At Gordon, we want to make people's everyday lives easier by offering chilled home deliveries. Therefore, it feels great that we now make it possible for our customers to open up their offers to more people," says Ali Ghoce, CEO of Gordon.

Currently, two of Gordon's customers have opened up for orders in the two municipalities. One of them is the Sundsvall-based company Marco Meals, which sells healthy ready meals.
- "We are pleased that we can now use Gordon for our deliveries both here at home and in the rest of Sweden. This allows us to expand our delivery area in Sundsvall and Timrå and offer nutritious meals to more people," says Magnus Hellgren, CEO of Macro Meals.
Previously, Macro Meals handled its own deliveries in Sundsvall and Timrå. Now these deliveries will be coordinated with Gordon's other customers.
- "It feels good to be part of a coordinated delivery here at home. It creates more efficient transport," says Magnus Hellgren.
- "We at Gordon are now working to get more of our customers to want their deliveries in our refrigerated lorries in Västernorrland. We are also working to be able to offer deliveries to homes in more postcode areas in Västernorrland than today," says Ali Ghoce.
Macro Meals has been a Gordon customer for almost three years. Every month, 1000s of healthy and tasty meals leave the production facility to be sent to customers in most parts of Sweden who only need to heat the meals to get a ready-made lunch or dinner.
- "The partnership with Gordon creates opportunities for us as a company in a small town like Sundsvall to grow both at home and in the rest of Sweden. We know that there are many people who lack the time but still want to eat well and feel better," says Magnus Hellgren.
